Barb Kukuroboman, MS, LMFT
Barb Kukuroboman (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings. She is passionate about supporting people in their healing, strengthening relationships, and fostering stability during life’s challenges
Barb holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu. She is trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, MAP, Developmental Repair, and Motivational Interviewing. Integrating trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approaches into her work. Barb is committed to ensuring that every service she provides is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to her clinical work, Barb is a Board-Approved Supervisor for LMFT and LPCC. Since stepping into leadership, she has supported the growth of emerging and seasoned clinicians through individual and group supervision, fostering a collaborative and compassionate learning environment.
Barb believes that healing happens in the context of authentic, trusting relationships. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves equitable access to high-quality, affirming mental health care, and she strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time at home and outdoors with her three children. She also loves reading, sporting events, and swimming.
