Jessica Graham, MA

Feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and exhausted by the constant demands and struggling to find balance? Tired of living on autopilot? Struggling with the question, “Who am I?” Are these leading to feelings of burnout, anxiety, or depression?

Jessica offers transformative counseling and coaching for adults, as well as counseling or skills-based coaching for children. She’s a compassionate listener and a firm believer in hope, offering validation, encouragement, and meaningful next steps to support your journey. Jessica’s goal is to provide a safe, respectful, confidential, and collaborative environment, using non-judgmental listening to learn about current challenges and changes you’d like to make.

Research demonstrates that a solid relationship between a client and therapist is the most significant factor in client improvement, and she will work carefully to build a strong rapport with you. Jessica’s style is warm, curious, and engaging. Connecting with you as one human being to another, and welcoming (and celebrating) humor and authenticity.

With a belief that you are already whole and complete, but your natural development calls for further growth. Jessica is committed to helping you feel understood and empowered on your journey to well-being. Reach out to begin this life-changing work, whether it’s navigating a transition in life, seeking support in a difficult time, or overcoming a limiting belief.

Jessica obtained her Master’s degree in psychotherapy and counseling from Adler Graduate School and a certificate in mindfulness mentorship from Banyan. She holds bachelor’s degrees in education and fine arts from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire and St. Ambrose University.

Along with her degrees, Jessica’s work experience in AmeriCorps and with school districts, as well as her personal experience as a mother of three, inspires her to connect with children, parents, and youth leaders from all walks of life. Through her close connections with the thoughts, struggles, and dreams of children and their families, one thing became abundantly clear: mental health, self-esteem, and how a child sees themselves in the world mean everything. She leverages her knowledge, understanding, and passion in her work helping others, whether through her work with individuals as a therapist or coach, writing as a children’s author, or through events and workshops with larger groups.
