Sam Kaiser, MSW, LICSW
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I offer teletherapy to individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives. My passion lies in supporting teachers, parents, and highly sensitive or neurodivergent individuals—including those who are twice exceptional (2e) or have experienced early emotional or behavioral challenges.
With over a decade of experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), reactive attachment disorder (RAD), PTSD, various other emotional/behavioral disorders and sensory processing disorders—as well as those with cognitive and developmental delays such as Down syndrome—I bring a deep, trauma-informed perspective to my work with adults.
Grounded in attachment theory, person-centered care, and a strengths-based approach, I believe healing happens when we create space for all parts of the self to be seen and heard. My work is strongly influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, with a focus on identifying protective and wounded parts, working through shame, and reconnecting with the inner child. After years of supporting children and families, I have a unique insight into how early experiences shape us and how unresolved wounds can echo into adulthood.
My goal is to help you build a compassionate relationship with yourself, transform long-held patterns, and step into a life that feels aligned with your values and purpose. Whether you’re navigating parenting, career stress, neurodivergence, or the deep work of healing old wounds, I’m here to support your journey toward growth and integration.
